So, Ebby went to Cuba and found a new home with my sweet friend, Leslie. Ebby was re-named Coco after the Cuban Co-co taxi's. Leslie was sick in Cuba and needed some love. Coco was a sweet, huggable gift!

The whole family of bears!

The whole family of bears! The newest addition to the bear family, Ebby, short for Ebenezer. His name means rock of help. 2 Samuel 7:12 says: Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, "Thus far the Lord helped us." The ebenezer represented a new beginning, a milestone, and a place of redemption and restoration. Ebby is going to Cuba with me on a milestone trip, a place where God has helped me go and where He is reminding me of my redemption in Him.

The bears with their new sister. She was found on a store shelf in Pittsburgh and it only seemed right to bring her home to her brothers. She seems to be adjusting to the heat and humidity very well (mostly because she sits on the couch much of the day).

I have heard of green eggs and ham, but I have never seen a purse quite like this. The bears had a great time playing in this gift for a friend!!! Nothing like a bacon and eggs smiley face!!

Pittsburgh was so fun! We are hanging out with Katie and our new Friend Sadie who lives in Pittsburgh with Sara. We are hoping Sadie doesn't get chewed up by the vicious weenie dog, Gracie.

The meaning of Christmas is simple. It is more than presents and stockings and trees. It is all about a baby born in bethlehem that became "God with us." This baby died for us 33 years later and took up our Sin on the cross. It is because of him that we have eternal life. That is way better than any present I could unwrap from under the tree!!!

Hopebear begins the adventure to Seoul.

There is much excitement for a little bear on the airplane!

Hopebear's first day on the town in Korea was to Insadong, where traditional Korean crafts are sold.

Traditional Korean food is also sold here ... he didn't think it was to appealing to his western taste.
